Jenna Minami is a graduate student researcher at UCLA, currently pursuing a Ph.D. within the department of molecular and medical pharmacology. Her current research focuses on understanding the intersection between cellular states and lipid metabolic reprogramming in gliomas. She has previously worked with Nathanson lab alumna, Dr. Danielle Morrow, on identifying how specific genetic alterations (ie: CDKN2A deletion) alter lipid metabolism to sensitize glioblastoma to ferroptosis.
