Dimitri Cadet is an MD-PhD student in the UCLA-Caltech Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP). He has completed the first two years of medical school and is currently pursuing a PhD in the Molecular and Medical Pharmacology Program at UCLA. He received his B.A. degree from Columbia University majoring in Biochemistry. In the Nathanson Lab, his research focuses on understanding the intersection between oncogenic signaling and neurodevelopmental plasticity in GBM using quantitative mass-spectrometry-based proteomics and single-cell RNA sequencing approaches. He is also working on a project to develop next-generation small molecule inhibitors of critical oncogenic pathways in GBM as part of the Nathanson Lab Drug Discovery program. He is dedicated to advancing targeted therapies and personalized medicine to enhance treatment outcomes for patients with GBM.
